She prides herself on being able to provide support to the people who are important to her… family, friends, and colleagues.Īs Vice President of Sales & Marketing for ECM Holding Group, Doug oversees the client interface strategies for the company including ESCO and corporate client relationships, marketing strategies and materials, as well as website and social media interaction. Sheri is the mother of five children and lives with her husband Dave in Hilbert, WI. She was born and raised in MN, then relocated to join the ECM team in Oshkosh. in Chemical Technology (which included an internship at 3M). Sheri became integral to the due diligence processes at NCE where her domain grew to include a variety of industry verticals. NCE managed a diverse and active merger and acquisition portfolio. Prior to joining ECM, Sheri was the Corporate Accountant at North Central Equity (NCE), a Minnesota-based equity firm.

Sheri also monitors internal control systems, while managing the accounting team, providing operational cost analysis, producing financial reports, and implementing advanced, new software platforms. ECM has more than quadrupled in size during her tenure. Her role has been central to ECM’s development through acquisition, partnership, and organic expansion. In particular, Sheri is involved in all growth-related decisions at ECM. Sheri is a key member of the senior leadership team where she advises on all policies which effect tactical, strategic, and financial direction.
Sheri Roen joined ECM as Controller in 2014 after nearly three decades of corporate accounting. He lives with his family in Houston, Texas, where he is an active volunteer at the Houston Foodbank and Texas Children’s Hospital. Shawn has a BA in Business Management from Marietta College. While at Choice Energy Management, Shawn’s team developed a holistic approach to energy management which helped clients reduce their carbon footprint through utility data management, renewables, efficiency projects, and energy optimization. Shawn’s entrepreneurial background includes scaling his own bundled-energy services company over a seven-year period before selling it. Prior to joining ECM, Shawn was a Regional Director at McKinstry, where he managed sales, engineering, and construction department leaders for the Southern United States. Shawn directs auditing, technical training, and project processes, while standardizing delivery and information platforms across the ECM portfolio to provide a consistently positive customer experience. Erik, his wife Jenny and their 3 children are very active members of the community in Oshkosh WI.Īs Chief Operating Officer of ECM Holding Group, Shawn is responsible for overall business performance. Erik’s leadership in lean manufacturing has been driven into the ECM delivery platform and continues to focus on driving unnecessary costs out of the delivery of efficiency projects.Įrik has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. He also played a significant role in the resurrection of the Sheeting Equipment product line which grew from less than $1M back to over $25M during his last role at MWU. While at MWU, Erik spent time as a Field Engineer, New Product Development Engineer, Sales Executive, and Sales Leader. Prior to founding Building Envelope Solutions and co-founding ECM Holding Group, Erik was the North American Sales Manager at MarquipWardUnited’s Sheeting Division, a global manufacturer and international market leader in high-speed corrugating, finishing and sheeting machinery for the corrugated box and paper converting industries. The strategic use of all resources has further led to complete N/A geographic expansion as well. Erik has overseen the development and growth of the ECM portfolio into five distinct energy efficiency companies, each independent yet able to leverage sales platforms, auditing resources, project management, measurement & verification, with uniform back office support. Erik Larson oversees the achievement of all strategic and operational objectives.
